T he term ‘Kornerstone’ refers to the essential part of the building’s foundation and also the importance of building one’s life on the heritage of faith and trust. Ephesians 2:20 says: “Build on the foundation…with Christ himself as the chief cornerstone.” God has overwhelmingly been a presence in all that has occurred. God has opened doors and placed wonderful people within the circle of support to show them that security is not as important as reliance on Him. Funeral Directing is a ministry that is even more meaningful when you can hold and help people you care about when they are hurting. Living and establishing roots in a community are a privilege, one that these men know is essential to who they are as funeral directors. They are looking forward to ministering to the families that have come to mean so much to them as they have been a part of this area.
