Dell Love (Tulia)

DELL LOVE, 72, of Tulia passed away on March 3, 2005 at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, March 5, 2005 in the Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel with Rev. Travis LaDuke, retired Baptist minister of Amarillo officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery under the direction of Kornerstone Funeral Directors. Dell was born on August 29, 1932 in Tulia. She attended schools there and graduated from Tulia High School. She married Rusty Love on May 23, 1948 in Tulia. He passed away in 1991. She was a nurse and homemaker. She attended and graduated from Amarillo College Nursing School. She was a nurse for 28 years in Tulia. She was a Baptist. Survivors include three daughters, Linda Love of Winnsboro, Texas, Debi Love of Lake Habasu, Arizona, and Ronda Mullin of Tulia; chosen son, Craig Alexander of Haslet, Texas. She is also survived by five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Ronnie Dale Love and a brother, Jimmie Wayne Stratton.
