Tulia, Texas--Paul D. Cook, 87, died in Souix City, Iowa. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 22, 2008 at Rose Hill Cemetery with Rev. Ernie McGaughey, retired Methodist minister officiating.
