Eddy Young, 63, of Plainview passed away on Thursday, March 24, 2016. Memorial services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Monday, March 28, 2016 at Kornerstone Funeral Directors with Ron Brunson officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Eddy was born on June 12, 1952 in Plainview, Texas to Melvin Van & Ruth Pauline Young. He was preceded in death by his father and one sister. Survivors include one daughter: Tonya Pryor & husband Merl of Benjamin; one son: David Young of Lubbock; his mother: Ruth Young of Plainview; two sisters: Peggy Miller & husband Ramon of Plainview and Elizabeth Franklin of Barnsville, Georgia and four grandchildren.
