Amber Dee Pruett (Plainview)

In loving memory of Amber Dee (Mickey) Pruett.

Amber Dee Pruett was born on October 26, 1979, in Montgomery, Alabama. Amber lived a life that was marked by kindness, strength, and a devotion to the people she loved. She touched the lives of everyone she loved through her compassion, her generosity, and her faith in God. She is survived in death by her loving husband Jarrett Pruett and her sister Lori Mickey. Amber didn't have any children but loved her pets just as much as a parent would love their children. Amber enjoyed spending time with her family when she could. She was a devoted friend to all who would meet her acquaintance. She had an unwavering devotion to her family and her work. She would bring a smile to all of those who interacted with her. Though her time on this earth was cut far too short, her legacy of love and renewed faith and her perseverance will continue to spread in the hearts of those she was a part of. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, Forest Jack Mickey (father) and Debra Kay Mickey (mother). 

Visitation will be held at Kornerstone Funeral home in Plainview TX on Wednesday, June 17th, from 5pm to 7pm. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 18th, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. at Northwest Church of Christ. Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance and in celebration of her life. Well done, my good and faithful servant. She will be greatly missed and forever remembered
