Aussie Alcozer Ramirez (Plainview)

Aussie Alcozer Ramirez, 59, of Plainview passed away on November 23, 2021 in Lubbock. Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 1, 2021 at Kornerstone Chapel with Father George Poonely officiating. Burial will follow in Plainview Memorial Park under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors. 

A rosary will be held 6:00 P.M. Tuesday, November 30, 2021 at the funeral home.

Aussie was born May 26, 1962 in Minnesota to Pablo and Amalia (Cardenaz) Alcozer. She married Omar Ramirez on May 14, 2014. She was a loving grandma and was a second mother to many. She loved cooking, music and watching movies.

She is survived her husband, Omar Ramirez of Plainview; her daughters, Alyssa Marie Tello and husband Johnny of Lubbock; her sons, Charles Anthony Rivera and wife Madison of Plainview, Johnny Rivera, Jr. of Plainview, Michael James Rivera and wife Carla of Bryan, Texas; two brothers; thirteen sisters; four grandchildren, Andrew Rivera, Evie Rivera, Janiese Rivera, Kobee Riojas; four great grandchildren, Aryah Rivera, Israel Rivera, Johziah Tello and Johnny Tello.
