Collier Heath Huffman (Heath) 45 passed away Tuesday July 7, 2026. A Celebration of life will be held at 2 pm on Friday July 17, 2026, at First Baptist Church in Lockney.
A visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. on Thursday July 16, 2026, at Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel in Plainview.
Collier Heath Huffman (Heath) 45 passed away Tuesday July 7, 2026. Heath was born on November 30, 1980, in Lubbock Texas to Ronnie and Vicky Huffman. He was raised in the Canyon/Amarillo/Umbarger area. Heath loved all people, nature and making life fun to live. He was an actor in the musical drama Texas as a “Tatum Tot”. He was also in dance and ballet with his little sister Holly. He attended school in Canyon and was in football, drama, photography and yearbook. He was also in FFA and showed pigs and chickens. He graduated in 1999 from Canyon High School. He also attended college at South Plains College in Levelland, Texas. He received the calling to ministry and attended Chi Alpha Student Ministry where he ministered to the Foreign Students attending West Texas A&M University. Heath worked many professions throughout his lifetime including Food Service, Massage Therapy, Funeral Director and Customer Service Representative. His most recent career was a customer service representative at Holiday Inn Express in Plainview Texas.
Heath is preceded in death by both sets of grandparents and his dad Ronnie Huffman.
Left to cherish Heath’s memory are his fur babies Luna and Stella; his mother Vicky Huffman of Lockney; his sister and brother-in-law Holly and Wayland Moses of Lockney Texas; Adopted sister Chelsie Dayton of Lubbock Texas; a nephew Colton Moses of Amarillo Texas; Caitlynn Moses of Lockney; two uncles and an aunt; several cousins and an abundance of close friends.
