Cookie Nuncio, 59, of Plainview passed away on Saturday October 14, 2023 in Plainview. Cookie was born on April 24, 1964 to Benito and Sylvia Ponce in Plainview. She was a great mother and grandmother to her kids and grandkids. She adored and loved them all very much. She was a great cook and loved to cook for her family when she could. She loved her animals and was also very funny. She is preceded in death by her husband, Domingo Nuncio; her parents; one daughter Kaitlyn Gonzales. She is survived by three daughters, Amber Nuncio of Lockney, TX, Anita Nuncio of Odessa, TX and Lacie Nuncio of Lubbock, TX; one son, Michael Longoria of Lubbock, TX; four brothers and 8 sisters; eight grandchildren, Reagan Nuncio, Ryan Castillo, Abran Castillo, Rhianna Castillo, Abree Castillo, Josiah Garibay, Arkaeyah Garibay and Isiah Martinez; one great grandchild, Ellyanna Carrillo.
