Dennis was born February 15, 1949 in Binghamton, New York to Benard and Janette Donlin. Dennis was known as Pops and was a people person.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Francis Donlin and 5 siblings.

He is survived by his son; Keith Donlin, his daughter, Lizzie Donlin; his daughter-in-law, Brenda Blevins; three brothers, one sister and four grandchildren, Patrick Donlin, Kace Donlin, Charitee Donlin and Charles Orvall Gardner.
