Jennifer Medina, 45, of Plainview passed away on Thursday, March 26, 2026. A funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Plainview Memorial Park under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview.

A rosary will be held at 6:30 P.M. on Tuesday, March 31, 2026 at Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel in Plainview.

Jennifer was born on April 6,1980 in Plainview, Texas. She married Edward Medina on May 30, 2009.

She was a loving wife, a woman of faith, and had a humble heart. She was a member of Sacred Heart Church. She was an amazing daughter, sister, and Tia who helped raise her nephews and nieces. she loved to shop (especially for purses), travel, and she enjoyed watching thriller and fright films. she loved to baby her husband and her husband loved to baby her twice as much. she will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Jennifer is survived by her husband, Edward Medina; her father, Joe Sanchez; her brother, Jerry Sanchez and wife Marianna; father in law, Leopoldo Medina; brother in law John Gary Medina & wife Amy; sister in law, Teresa Medina & fiancé JD DeLaRosa and numerous nephews and nieces.

She is preceded in death by her mother Belinda Sanchez and her mother in law Rosa Medina.
