Jeremy Hooks, Sr. (Plainview)

Jeremy Hooks, Sr. 45, died Monday September 26th, 2022, at his home in Hale Center, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday October 1, 2022 at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Hale Center with Father Jeremy Trull officiating. Interment will follow in Resthaven Memorial Park in Lubbock.

Viewing will be held at 6:00 P.M. on Thursday, September 29, 2022 at the funeral home. 

Rosary will be recited at 6:00 P.M. on Friday, September 30, 2022 at Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel. 

Jeremy was born on December 30, 1976 in Hale Center, Texas to Hilberto & Dominga Hooks. Jeremy’s biggest passions were music and golf. He was an avid bass guitar player and spent countless hours on the golf course. He also enjoyed fishing, a good cigar and watching Texas Longhorn games on television.

Jeremy is survived by his parents, Hilberto & Dominga Hooks of Hale Center; his sister Lorrie Rocha & husband Tommy of Denton; his brother Hilberto Hooks Jr & wife Anne of Hale Center; his daughters, Alexis Hooks and Jariyah Hooks of Hale Center and his sons Jeremy Hooks, Jr. and Ryan Hooks of Hale Center.
