Jimmy "Jimbo" Charles Langston (Tulia)

Jimmy, Jimbo, Charles Langston of Tulia, Texas passed away Friday December 15, 2023. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Jimmy, born March 4,1957 in Paris, Texas, was the only child born to Ann and Troy Langston. He ran track at Tulia high School, where he held a record for many years. After school he worked many jobs including farming, truck driving, laying cable lines, road construction, and welding. He loved riding his motorcycle, camping and fishing on his days off. And he hated rice and the Dallas cowboys with a passion. He had a big heart, which got him in to trouble more times than not. There wasn't an animal alive he didn't love, and he hoped to one day open an animal shelter. He is proceeded in death by both parents Ann and Troy Langston. He is survived by wife, Tammy Langston; two daughters, Monica Skierski and Jessica Langston -VanWhy; son-in-law, Adam Vanwhy and 5 grandchildren, Nicholas Langston, Karyzma Mason, Jaden Mason, Clare VanWhy and Charles VanWhy and his beloved dog, Bear.
