JoAnn Scott Looney (Plainview)

JoAnn (Scott) Looney, 77, of Paris, Texas passed away on Tuesday September 28, 2021. A graveside service will be held 10:00 A.M. Monday, October 4, 2021. at Parklawn Memorial Gardens with Rev. Alvin Petty of Plainview officiating. Burial arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. JoAnn was born February 5, 1944 in Honey Grove, Texas to Elmer and Mirildia (Tribble) Scott. She grew up in Plainview and attended schools there. She was a caregiver for many years. She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Dearl Scott. She is survived by her daughter, Janelle Luman of Bloomington, NM; one brother, Larry Scott and wife Peggy of Plainview; one sister, Peggy Smith of Powderly, TX; her sister-in-law, Merline Scott of Lubbock and numerous nieces and nephews.
