Joyce Lee (Tulia)

Tulia, Texas—Joyce Lee, 87, passed away on Sunday, January 30, 2022, at her home in Tulia. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at 2:00 PM at the Portales Cemetery, Portales, New Mexico.  Cremation arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia.

Joyce was born on September 28, 1934, in Portales, New Mexico to J.J. and Ina Roberts. She married Paul (Gene) Lee on May 1, 1954. Joyce could grow any type of flower, was a very talented artist and loved to cook for her family. Anyone who knew Joyce was touched by her sweet nature, and kind spirit. She will be greatly missed.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her son: Jerry Lee; her grandson: Joshua Richardson; her brothers: Hugh, Clyde and Estel Roberts.

She is survived by her husband: Paul (Gene) Lee, her children: Carla and Larry McCaslin, her grandchildren: Michael Lee, Adam Lee and wife Jessica, Zack McCaslin and wife Dee Ann, Andrew McCaslin and Tyler McCaslin and wife Jessica and her great grandchildren: Aaden Lee, Ellie, Addy, Tytus and Lexie.
