Maria Del Carmen Martinez (Tulia)

Tulia, Texas-Maria Del Carmen Martinez, 72, went to be with our Lord Jesus Christ on Wednesday, March 8, 2023. Funeral services will be held on Monday, March 13, 2023 at 11:00 AM in the Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel with Pastor Isaac Betancourt officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors.

A prayer service will be held on Sunday, March 12, 2023 at 5:30 to 7:30 PM in the Kornerstone Chapel.

Maria was born on July 23, 1950 in Castanos Coahuila.

She is preceded in death by her husband Clemente Martinez, her parents, Natividad Lopez and Leonor Lugo and her sister, Martina Lopez Lugo.

She is survived by her children, Norma Rodriguez of Kingsville, TX, Maria Y Pina and husband Gerardo of Tulia, and Laura Martinez and husband Roberto Mendez of Tulia; her siblings, Lucio, Tomas, Mateo, Jose Dolores, Francisco, Isdra, Maria De Jesus, Pedro, Jose Raul, Jose Gerardo, Rafael, Maria Guadalupe, Natividad and Margarita; her grandchildren, Selena and husband Victor Alvarado, Franky and wife Reanne Rodriguez, Jenyfer and husband Alex Joven, Clemente and wife Mercedes Y Pina, Cris Y Pina, Kimbery and Roel Mendez, her great grandchildren, Jaelyn, Evony Joven, Gerardo, Romeo, Zander,  Adeline Y Pina, Akiles, Galvino and Hilario Alvarado, Franky and Lily Rodriguez and one on the way.

Tulia, Texas-María Del Carmen Martínez, de 72 años, se fue con nuestro Señor Jesucristo el miércoles 8 de marzo de 2023. Los servicios fúnebres se llevarán a cabo el lunes 13 de marzo de 2023 a las 11:00 a. m. en la capilla de directores de funerarias de Kornerstone con el pastor Isaac Betancourt oficiando. El entierro seguirá en el cementerio de Rose Hill bajo el cuidado de los directores de funerarias de Kornerstone.

Se llevará a cabo un servicio de oración el domingo 12 de marzo de 2023 de 5:30 p. m. a 7:30 p. m. en la Capilla Kornerstone.

María nació el 23 de julio de 1950 en Castanos Coahuila.

Le precedieron en la muerte su esposo Clemente Martinez, sus padres, Natividad Lopez y Leonor Lugo y su hermana, Martina Lopez Lugo.

Le sobreviven sus hijos, Norma Rodriguez de Kingsville, TX., Maria Y Pina y esposo Gerardo de Tulia, y Laura Martinez y esposo Roberto Mendez de Tulia; sus hermanos, Lucio, Tomás, Mateo, José Dolores, Francisco, Isdra, María De Jesús, Pedro, José Raúl, José Gerardo, Rafael, María Guadalupe, Natividad y Margarita; sus nietos, Selena y esposo Victor Alvarado, Franky y esposa Reanne Rodriguez, Jenyfer y esposo Alex Joven, Clemente y esposa Mercedes Y Pina, Cris Y Pina, Kimbery y Roel Mendez, sus bisnietos, Jaelyn, Evony Joven, Gerardo, Romeo, Zander y Adeline Y Pina, Akiles, Galvino y Hilario Alvarado, Franky y Lily Rodriguez y uno en camino.
