Melba Clark (Tulia)

Tulia, Texas-Melba Clark, 89, passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2022. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Friday, November 11, 2022, in the Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel in Tulia with Dr. Jacob West, pastor of First Baptist Church, Plainview, officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia.

Melba was born on May 12, 1933, in Mineral Wells, Texas to Lester and Myrtle Miller. She married Fred Clark on January 27, 1951. The lived in Olton and then Tulia. She was a homemaker.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her brother and sisters, her husband, and her son: Larry Clark.

Her family includes her daughters: Freda Baker and husband Keith of Plainview and Rita Morris of Amarillo, nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
