Melda Trimble (Plainview)

Melda Trimble, 75, of Plainview passed away on September 5, 2021. A graveside service will be held 10:30 A.M. Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at Plainview Cemetery with David Pinkerton officiating. Arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors. Visitation will be held Tuesday from 6:00-7:00 p.m. at Kornerstone Funeral Directors. Melda was born on February 12, 1946 to Inocencio and Mary Reyes in McAllen, Texas. She grew up in McAllen and moved to Plainview in the mid 1980s. She married Leroy McFarlin on May 7, 2010 in Plainview. She was a member of Northwest Church of Christ. She is preceded in death by her parents, and nine siblings. She is survived by her husband, Leroy McFarlin of Plainview; daughter, Carmina Reyes of Amarillo; brother, Leo Reyes of Mission; sister, Teresa Horsely of Wyoming; many nieces and nephews.
