Oscar was born on November 7, 1967 to Zargoza and Aurora Peña in Plainview, Texas. Oscar has spent the last 15 years with the love of his life, Patricia Wackler. Remembered fondly by those who knew him, Oscar had a passion for art and was known for his collection of comic books and related memorabilia, his love for superheroes shining through in his cherished possessions.
