Patricia I. White (Plainview)

 

A visitation will be held on Sunday afternoon from 4-5 P.M. at Kornerstone.

 

Patricia was born on April 28, 1933 to Vernon Dallas and Ruby Inez (Bramblett) Duzan.  She married Ron White on December 20, 1957 in Plainview.  Patricia was a teacher at College Hill Elementary and taught for 39 years for PISD.  She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Plainview for 50 plus years.  She was also a member of the Plainview Community Concert Association Board of Directors and served as treasurer for many years.  She was also involved in many other professional organizations.  Ron and Pat enjoyed hosting meetings and parties for the First Methodist Church Choir and PCCA Board of Directors.  They also enjoyed small ship travel in Europe and enjoyed playing bridge.

 

Patricia was preceded in death by her parents, V.D. and Ruby Duzan; grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and brother-in-law Larry Jones.

 

Survivors include her husband Ron White of Plainview; daughter, Alison White Gaut of Lubbock; two grandsons, Tyler Clark and Jackson Gaut both of Lubbock; cousins, Owen Bramblett of Corpus Christi, Karen Erickson of Ft. Worth, Sammy Ware Dunn of Dallas; sister-in-law, DeAnne Newberry of Weatherford; and brother-in-law, Rex Jones of Granbury.
