Paul Michael Kelly (Plainview)

In memory of Paul Michael Kelly. Beloved son and brother, a resident of Plainview, TX, passed away at the age of 53, in the early morning of Oct. 6, 2026. Memorial services will be held at Kornerstone Funeral Directors in Plainview, services are pending at this time.

Paul was born on Aug. 27, 1969, in New York City, New York. Paul was born with Down syndrome and was put into foster care. There Paul was adopted by Frances M. Green, and later by Alvin (A.J.) Green. Paul attended special ed school at Pinecrest High School in Southern Pines, N.C. There Paul was allowed to graduate with his classmates of many years. Paul enjoyed bike riding, baseball, and the Special Olympics every year. For 49 years, Frances and A.J., along with Paul's 4 brothers and only sister, made sure he felt loved until his passing in the early morning of Oct. 6, 2026.

Paul is preceded in death by both sets of grandparents: Joseph and Antonetta (Honey) Blando of Long Island, New York Thomas and Betty Green of Plainview, Tx. 

He is survived by his parents, Alvin (A.J.) and Frances M. Green of Plainview, Tx. His 4 brothers: Shawn & Laurie Kelly of Plainview, Tx Jason Frye of Plainview, Tx Willie Hudson of Lubbock, Tx Eric Hudson of Plainview, Tx and only sister: Dina and Persian Mitchell of Plainview, Tx.
