Penny Campbell (Tulia)

Penny Sue Campbell, 63, of Tulia, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, December 17, 2025. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, December 20, 2025 in the Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel with Rev. Rusty Gray officiating. Burial will follow at Central Plains Cemetery at Cotton Center, TX.

A visitation will be held from 5:30 to 8:00 PM Friday, December 19, 2025 at the funeral home.

Penny was born on February 13, 1962, in Hale Center, Texas, to Carl Don and Waunetta (McClenney) Campbell. A proud graduate of Cotton Center High School, class of 1980, Penny pursued a career in nursing, earning her LVN from Wayland Baptist University before furthering her education at Amarillo College to obtain her RN.

Penny was an extraordinary seamstress with a passion for sewing. Penny was a devoted member of the Tulia Christian Fellowship Church, where she found community and fellowship. Her love for animals and her desire to help others were clear in her everyday life, leaving a lasting impact on those who knew her. She is preceded in death by her mother, Waunetta Campbell.

She is survived by her husband, William Bradshaw; one son, Casey Spann; two brothers, Joe Campbell and wife Kristine, David Campbell and several nieces and nephews.
