Ricky Guerra (Tulia)

Tulia, Texas-Ricky Guerra, 41, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, December 5, 2021.  Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 18, 2021 at 2:00 PM at the Catholic Church of the Holy Spirit with Father David Contreras officiating. Cremation arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia, Texas.

Ricky was born on December 8, 1979 in Plainview to Jose S. and Oralia (De La Rosa) Guerra. Ricky loved to be very active in everything he did especially in mechanics. The advice he would give his family was to take care of yourselves and to encourage each other. His ways of thinking were always positive, and he always held his head up high and would not like to see anyone upset. Ricky was a loving husband, father, brother, and uncle.

He is preceded in death by his mother; Oralia Guerra and his sister; Ana Marie Guerra.

He is survived by his wife; Helen Marie Fry, his children; Alexia Marie Guerra, Ricky Guerra, Jr., Alisai N. Guerra and Isaiah Guerra, his granddaughter; Haizel Rose Hernandez, his father; Jose S. Guerra, his brothers; Joe Guerra, Jr. and Juan Guerra, his sisters; Carmen Cortez and Christina Olague, numerous nieces, and nephews.
