Our beloved mother Rosa De Lima Martinez, passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by her loving children on February 20, 2024 at the age 87. Rosa was a loving and devoted mother to her 18 children with the love of God. Rosa DeLima Martinez was born on March 13, 1936 to Alejandro and Juanita Ramirez in Weslaco Texas. Our beloved mother is survived by her 15 children. Joe Balli, Luis Balli, Beatrice Garcia, Debbie Martinez, Paula Espiricueta, Alfredo Picasso, Benito Balli, Ernest Picasso, and Gary Martinez, all of Texas, Janie Holt, Steve Balli, Fernando Picasso, Rebecca Orellana, Sylvia Gomez, and Elda Gonzales all of California, siblings Frances Lollar, Lucy Moreno, Maria Escobar, Frank Balli, 65 grandchildren, and 80 great-grandchildren, son in-laws Rey Gomez, Adolfo Gonzales, and Jose Espiricueta. Rosa Martinez is preceded in death by her three children, Mary Gomez, Virginia Balli, and Alex Picasso, and her siblings, Beatriz M. Rivera, Luis Loya, Manuel Martinez, and Georgina Patino.
