Rosalie McClanahan (Plainview)

Rosalie McClanahan, 88, of Plainview passed away on Saturday, December 5, 2020.  Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, December 8, 2020 in the Plainview Memorial Park with Richard Dye, pastor of First Christian Church officiating.  Arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview.

Rosalie was born on January 25, 1932 in Chickasha, Oklahoma to Charles and Trethel Criswell.  She grew up in Monett, Missouri and graduated from High School there.  She attended college and received her degree as a Medical Technologist.  He career brought her to Plainview where she met her future husband Wayne McClanahan.  They married on February 19, 1955 in Portales, N.M.  She was a Med. Tech. for the Plainview Hospital for over 30 years before retiring.  She was a faithful member of the First Christian Church of Plainview.

Rosalie was preceded in death by her husband Wayne and her parents.

Survivors include her children Randall McClanahan, Mark McClanahan, and Lisa Allen.  She is also survived by a sister, Carol Jean Lewis; 5 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
