Stanley Ralph Rigler, 77, of Plainview passed away peacefully on May 3, 2025, surrounded by family who loved him deeply. A devoted husband, father, and friend, Stanley will be remembered most for his generous heart, unwavering devotion to family, and quiet strength. He always put others before himself—never one to complain, never too busy to try his best to make us laugh, play, teach, or lend a hand.
Hard-working and deeply respectful, Stanley lived a life rooted in loyalty and compassion. Whether caring for his own parents in their later years or standing by his loved ones through every season, he showed up—always. He was the kind of person who never left your side, no matter the circumstances.
Stanley found unexpected joy in the companionship of his dog Cooper, who joined the family four years ago and quickly became his loyal shadow.
His presence in the community, his integrity, and the way he lived his values quietly but completely will not be forgotten. He was, simply put, a good man—and we were lucky to call him ours.
Stanley was preceded in death by his parents Bruce and Maxine Rigler and a sister, Lyn Rigler.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Julie Williams Rigler; son, Taylor Rigler and wife Lauren of Boca Raton, Florida; brother, Randy Rigler of Bothell, Washington; and three grandchildren, Hudson, Remington, and Addison Rigler.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, May 7, 2025 at the First Presbyterian Church with Mr. Chris Craig, Interim Hospice Chaplain officiating and Mr. Whit Hunt assisting. Cremation arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview.
