Tulia, Texas--William Bryan Kirkland born May 23, 1961, was found deceased on December 24, 2022, at age 61. A resident of Texas most of his life, his first and final home was in Tulia. He was proceeded in passing by His father; Lloyd Kirkland, his mother; Winona Kirkland, and his brother; Jessie Kirkland. He is survived by his sister; Michelle Simmons, nieces; Tamara Simmons and Mari Simmons and their respective families, nephew; Matthew Kirkland, his daughter; Jennifer Kirkland and grandsons; Kieran and Kayden Kirkland.
