Casey Adam Perez (Plainview)

Casey Adam Perez, 32, passed away on Sunday, June 11, 2017. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Monsignor Arsenio Redulla officiating. Burial will follow in Hale Center Cemetery under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors in Plainview, Texas. A rosary will be held on Tuesday evening at 6:00 P.M. in Kornerstone’s chapel. Casey was born on September 27, 1984 in Hale Center to Oscar and Sylvia Perez. He attended schools in Hale Center and graduated from Hale Center High School in 2003. He then attended Wayland Baptist University. Casey worked for Quality Air for many years before going to work as a mail carrier with the United States Postal Service. He was a catholic. He was preceded in death by his mother Sylvia Perez. Survivors include his wife, Gloria Castillo of Hale Center; three step-children, Alexis Hooks, Jeremy Hooks, Jr., Jariyah Hooks all of Hale Center; father and step-mother, Oscar and Linda Perez of Plainview; three brothers, Anthony Perez of North Carolina, Jeremy Perez of Plainview, Jacob Triplett of Maryland; one sister, Tiffany Perez of Grapevine; one step-brother, Josh Norwood of Plainview; one step-sister, Jessica Norwood of Plainview.
