Nancy Jean Barrett (Plainview)

Nancy Jean Barrett, 72, passed away on Monday, January 27, 2020 in Lockney. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, February 1, 2020 at Center Plains Cemetery in Cotton Center, Texas with Tommy Horsford officiating. Arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors in Plainview, Texas.

A visitation will be held 6:00-7:30 P.M. Friday, January 31, 2020 at the funeral home.

Nancy was born April 2, 1947 to Robert Douglas and Claudine (Ragsdale) Barrett in Littlefield, Texas.

Survivors include her daughter, Sammye Landry and husband Paul of Amarillo; her son, Cody Yarbrough and wife Tandi of Sheffield; her sisters, Heilda Cannon of Abernathy, Jody Rogers of Hale Center and Charlette Sageser of Hale Center and eleven grandchildren and great grandchildren.

The family suggests memorial contributions be sent to Lockney Senior Citizens Association, 118 W. College Street, Lockney, TX 79241 or your favorite charity.
